| Abstract: | At the end of April we held the first in what we hope will be a series of WS-P meetings to examine service impacts on the delivery process. The meeting was a first step into an area that is poorly understood, and we grappled with basic issues and realized we don't even have an agreed nomenclature of the things that we are dealing with. | ||
